Our roots trace back to the lush coffee farms of Peru in the 60’s, where Rafael Paredes, dedicated his life to nurturing the very soul of Peruvian coffee. Managing most of the country's coffee exports, he didn't just trade beans; he cultivated relationships, uplifted communities, and set the foundation for a legacy that would transcend borders.
Inspired by his father's unwavering commitment, Fabrizio Paredes embarked on his own journey. With heritage in Peru and Italy—a nation renowned for its deep coffee culture—Fabrizio fused traditional wisdom with global ambition. Over 30 years, he navigated the intricate world of green coffee trading, leading the biggest trading houses across multiple countries. His expertise became synonymous with innovation and integrity in the industry.
As the world of coffee evolved, so did our family's vision. Enter Antonio Paredes—carrying forward the torch with a fresh perspective. Armed with a spirit of entrepreneurship and a keen eye for digital innovation, he joined forces with his father to bridge the old and the new. Together, they founded Coffee Mastery in the heart of London, a global nexus where tradition meets modernity.
